Call for Poster Abstracts

Topics include original research / review works on structural biology in human diseases

Poster Submission Guidelines

We are pleased to invite abstract submissions for poster presentations at the workshop. Authors are encouraged to submit insightful research / review works that align with the workshop’s thematic focus. Submissions may include completed studies or works-in-progress that present substantial preliminary findings. All abstracts must be submitted on a single A4 page in PDF format only. The abstract should include the following components: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Main Text, and a concise section for References. The main text must be written in English, using Times New Roman, 11-point font, and single line spacing. A maximum of two figures / tables are permitted. Multiple authors may be listed; however, one must be designated as the corresponding author, whose full contact details must be clearly indicated. Notably, the submitters must mention whether their submitted work is an original research or review.

All submitted abstracts will undergo a blind peer-review process conducted by our distinguished panel of reviewers. Evaluation will be based on scientific quality, relevance, clarity, adherence to formatting guidelines, and originality. Submissions with instances of plagiarism (> 15%) will be rejected outright.
