- Fabricated and characterised 6″ X 6″ monocrystalline silicon solar cells of 19% plus efficiency using facilities at the DST-IIEST Solar PV Hub (in a DST project as Principal Investigator)
- Working on development of monocrystalline Bifacial PERC solar cells in a DST project (as Project Coordinator of the DST Project)
- Developed hydrophobic and Hydrophylic self cleaning coating and EDS on solar cell modules (as Project Coordinator of the DST Project)
- Designed and Developed Solar PV Lantern and its community Charging System in India
- Designed and Developed Porous Silicon based Sensors for Pressure Sensing and Gas sensing.
- MPPT Charge Controllers for Solar e-Rickshaws
