Domain of Interest: Nanobiotechnology, Designed nanoparticle as therapeutics, Nano bioconjugate, Nanocomposite and Nano-vesicle, Nanoparticle-protein interaction, Amyloid inhibitor, disruptor and aggregate cleaner nanoparticle, Natural product integrated nanoparticle

Research Focus: We intend to work at the interface of Biology, chemistry and material Science. We design nanoparticle, nanocomposite and nano bioconjugate for wide-range of applications such as therapeutics for proteinopathy related neurodegenerative diseases and cardiovascular disease, cancer and alternative antibiotics. In addition, exploration of plant-based natural products and nano-formulation of phytocompounds for hypertension management, cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative disease and anti-cancer. Development of sustainable polymer nanocomposite-based material for active packaging, smart bioplastic, wound healing material is also our area of interest.
