Professional Experiences
1) 35 years of long experience in Q/C & R/D Dept, at Jenson and Nicholson (I)
Ltd.Testing of all sorts of Raw materials and finish goods, problem solved,
production supervision.
2) R/D Dept.: Development of both Solvent, & Water based paint, New project,
basic information, Back up to Techno service, Defect detection and solutions.
3) Retired in the year 2004, as senior R/D chemist.
4) joined IPRC (JU), on request to develop the course and lab set up on 2004, and
as guest lecturer both theory and practical, till the of end of the course.
5) Also, guest lecturer at IRL from 1998 till date. Question setter and Examiner
6) Engaged as consultant for different companies in West. Bengal, India & Nepal.
7) Two years serves as mentor to Home Solution, Asian paint.
8) Two years serves as a mentor to Decor Service, Berjer paint.
9) Lab set up in different companies.
